Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Hydroponic Global.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with or want to return your purchased product, you will have 14 days upon receiving your items to make a refund/return claim. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and unopened or damaged.
* Shipping the item back to us will be at your own expense *

Please ensure that you keep a copy of any digital receipts or bank statements that show proof of purchase as we are unable to provide a refund if we can’t verify the sale.

After we receive your item, our team will be in contact with you about the eligibility for your exchange or refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase or as store credit. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Damages and Defective Products

If the product is damaged or defective in any way, please let us know as soon as you receive your product so one of our staff can be in contact with you to see if we can organise a return or a refund.

Return and Refunds past 4 weeks

If you have initiated the return or refund of a product after 4 weeks have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Ineligible Return and Refunds

For any commercial quantity orders that require refund or exchange please contact one of our team members so that we can help rectify any issues as commercial quantity orders are strictly non-refundable.
